The services of the Dignitary Discretion brand are primarily intended for business development of clients for professional services, garnering introductions and demonstrations of expertise among sophisticated members of rarefied niches. Hospitality benefits garner relationships for business development for CIC Legal Services and Business Catalysts of HT Assets LLC, and is an overall cost center.

Fees may be earned for professional services in business, dignitary support, technical consulting, and/or security, with most such services in this context performed at variable client or remotely. Regardless, no aspect of services from Dignitary Discretion should be considered legal advice or medical advice, or the creation of an attorney-client relationship.

Non-affiliated entitles/individuals provide all fee-based lodging, transportation, and catering. As a professional services firm hosting a developing client, the accommodation fees, taxes, and transportation are paid by Dignitary Discretion on your behalf. The actual expenses of such are itemized during the reconciliation period, after the conclusion of services. Itemized estimates are provided upon coordination directly with Dignitary Discretion, with the option of cancellation upon receipt of the itemized invoice. Considering the objective of introductory business development, with palatable simplicity for high-profile individuals who are not yet experienced in relevantly secure travel, if the itemized incurred fees by us are greater than the originally estimated to you total of fees, Dignitary Discretion shall absorb the cost difference of excess fees.

Providing a further layer of insulation for you, most lodging is coordinated with owners, members, lessors, and other shared-rights holders of lodging units—such as vacation rentals or condominiums. This is in contrast to the expansive exposures that are compromised via the custom of directly renting a room from an ordinary hotel.

No Unwieldy Fixed Assets

Our typical method of providing lodging is via units that are controlled, leased, or held via shared-rights by a third party. We particularly like to use facilities owned by other clients for whom we separately provide professional services, thereby enabling a mutual comfort level and fortified relationship. As needed, we rent supplemental travel lodging, normally under names of our firm, which we then provide to our clients, taking responsibility for our clients and for providing for our enhanced set of luxury services to the travelers. Auxiliary locations are normally rented by us from third-party hospitality providers and serviced by us, for your benefit, without any increase in charges to you.

By drawing on pools of carefully selected and individually preplanned condominiums and other facilities that are owned by third parties, we have reasonably continuous availability of acceptable accommodations, even during peak demand. If there were to be a maintenance issue, a group of clients who unexpectedly need to change arrivals and/or departures, or a need for remodeling, we could change facilities without degradation of the general caliber or critical specifications of the facilities.

We are able to uphold the economic feasibility of providing consistently well-maintained luxury as a benefit provided to our professional-services clients. We do not need to incur major capital expenditures on large facilities, when doing so is not relevant to privacy-oriented travelers who have no interest in proudly publicizing that they are staying in famous hotels. Our clients would rather earn the prestige of success, overcoming whatever challenges are motivating them to travel under the radar currently.
